HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 25, 2005, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it is awaiting the refund
money from the respondent. When received, it will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this
matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on August 4, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its appearance. At the telephone status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
their readiness for hearing. If, however, petitioner files a motion to dismiss is filed prior to the
next status conference, the status conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
