    ORDER OF THE BOARD
    (by J. Theodore Meyer):
    This case is before the Board on two motions.
    First, on
    April
    23,
    1993 respondent G.J. Leasing Company
    (G.J.)filed a
    motion to supplement the record.
    The Board has not received any
    response to the motion to supplement.
    Second,
    on May
    5,
    1993,
    petitioner St. Clair County filed a motion to file its amended
    petition instanter
    ~1
    G.J.
    seeks to supplement the record with two sworn
    statements which were inadvertently omitted from the transcript
    of the local hearing.
    G.J. states that these two statements were
    entered into the record
    (C396), but that the court reporter
    inadvertently failed to make the statements a part of the record
    in the transcript.
    G.J. has included an affidavit from the court
    reporter,
    stating that the two statements should be included in
    the transcript.
    The motion to supplement the record with the statements of
    Edward W.
    Dinan and Leon
    E. McKinney is granted.
    Second,
    St. Clair County seeks leave to file its amended
    petition instanter.
    St.
    Clair County notes that on April
    8,
    1993,
    this Board granted the county’s request for leave to file
    an amended petition, and directed the county to file that amended
    petition within seven days.
    St. Clair County now asks, nunc pro
    The Board recognizes that the response period has not
    yet expired, but will grant this motion without waiting for a
    response in order to prevent undue delay.
