On January 28,

1993, UNO-VEN Company filed a petition

requesting amendments to the site-specific regulation found at

Section 304.213.

The petition is hereby accepted for hearing and

the hearing officer is directed to proceed accordingly.

Accompanying the petition is a motion requesting waiver of

the requirement to submit 200 signatures in support of the

proposal.

The motion to waive the requirement of 200 signatures

is hereby granted.

A motion requesting

a waiver of the

requirement to file ten copies of the supporting technical

reports was also filed with the petition.

UNO-VEN filed four

copies of the technical reports.

The motion to waive the

requirement of filing ten copies of the technical reports
