Pursuant to Sections 7.2 and 22.4(d) of the Environmental

Protection Act, the Board would normally propose amendments to

the Underground Storage Tank

(UST)

regulations

(35 Iii. Adm. Code

731) semi-annually.

Accordingly, the Board reserved this docket

for USEPA amendments during the period from July

1 through

December 31,

1992.

However, USEPA has not amended its UST rules

in 40 CFR 280 during this period.

For the foregoing reasons, the Board hereby dismisses this

proceeding.
