    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 10, 2004, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, respondent is
    reviewing petitioner’s revised budget. Upon review of the revised budget, the parties hope to
    settle this matter.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 21, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
