    ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E. Dunham):
    On August 9, 1996 the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) filed a
    “Motion to File Response Instanter” along with the response. Pursuant to 35 Ill. Adm. Code
    106.714(a) the Agency is to file a response within 30 days after the filing of the petition. The
    response in this case was due on July 22, 1996.
    The Board hereby grants the motion to file the response instanter.
