HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On May 11, 2005, the petitioner informed the hearing officer that it will submit
reimbursement documents to the respondent for its review so that this matter may be resolved.
The parties further represented that they have reached a settlement in principle. The petitioner
represented that it will file a six month waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on July 21, 2005, at 9:15 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing. If, however, a motion to voluntarily dismiss is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
