    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 6, 2004, complainant and respondent Gerald Gill participated in a
    telephone status conference with the hearing officer. Respondent Ted Harrison did not appear.
    Complainant’s inspector has not had an opportunity to revisit the site. The parties continue to
    negotiate settlement.
