    On October 7, 1996 G & M Total, Inc. filed a motion to withdraw its request for an
    extension of the 35-day appeal period pursuant to Section 40 of the Environmental Protection
    Act, relating to the August 23, 1996 Illinois Environmental Protection Agency determination.
    The motion is granted. This matter is dismissed and the docket is closed.
