    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 5, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent has reviewed the additional information, and plans to meet with
    complainant to discuss the possibility of settlement.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on February 15, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
