    IN RESPONDENT’S CLOSING BRIEF
    NOW COMES Respondent, JERSEY SANITATION CORPORATION,

    undersigned attorney,
    and hereby provides notice of errata inadvertently included in
    “Respondent’s Closing Brief,” filed with this Board on October 22, 2004.

    Page 2, first full paragraph, first line, add the word “waste” after the word
    “landscaping.”

    At page 4, first full paragraph, fourth line, delete the word “fined”
    and insert the word
