    AS 96-7
    (Adjusted Standard - Water)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by E. Dunham):
On January 22, 1996 the City of Belleville filed a petition for adjusted standard from
the excess flow disinfection requirements of 35 Ill. Adm. Code 306.305(b). On February 15,
1996 the Board ordered the City of Belleville to file an amended petition providing the
information required in an adjusted standard petition. The City of Belleville provided
additional information to the Board on April 1, 1996. The Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency filed a motion to dismiss on May 15, 1996. By order of June 6, 1996 the Board found
that the petition remained deficient as alleged in the motion to dismiss and directed the City of
Belleville to further amend its petition by July 26, 1996 or the petition would be subject to
    dismissal.
The City of Belleville has not filed an amended petition as directed by the Board’s
order of June 6, 1996. The petition for adjusted standard is hereby dismissed and the docket is
    closed.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
Section 41 of the Environmental Protection Act (415 ILCS 5/41 (1994)) provides for
the appeal of final Board orders within 35 days of the date of service of this order. The Rules
of the Supreme Court of Illinois establish filing requirements. (See also 35 Ill.Adm.Code

I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, hereby certify that
the above order was adopted on the _____ day of ___________, 1996, by a vote of
