    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On September 30, 2004, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The complainant represented that the respective respondents have responded or
will respond with additional information in the near future and consequently its respective
motions to compel are now moot. The complainant is to respond to the City of Morris
interrogatories on or before October 27, 2004. Finally, the parties are to submit a revised
discovery cutoff date to the hearing officer.

The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference on December 2, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status conference must be
initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance.
At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-
captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
