    On June 12, 1998, petitioner filed a motion to withdraw this request for adjusted
    standard. The motion is granted and this matter is dismissed. On June 12, 1998, the Board
    also received a motion for extension of time to file proof of publication. That motion is
    mooted by today’s action. The docket is hereby closed.
