    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On May 10, 2005, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. As previously reported, petitioner plans to dismiss this appeal as soon as it
    receives payment for attorney fees stemming from PCB 03-214. Petitioner agreed to file a 100-
    day waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:30 a.m. on July 12, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline for this case is September 1, 2005.
