I, Olen G. Parkhill,

Jr. would like to contest the

Administrative Citations dated April 1S~2003 and May 15,

2003 by means of this petition in accordance with Section

31.1 of the Act, 415 ILCS 5/31.1

(2000)

The site known as Mahomet/Parkhill #4 has been used

by us for the disposal of only tree limbs that are burnable

and have been produced on our property. We were told that

this would be allowed by your agency in July of 1999.

In the past the site was cleaned and the material was ~aken

to an approved land fill.

If there was any non approved

material at the site, we did not put it there and rest

assured it will be removed in the same proper manner ~s

before.

We employ Area Disposal to dispose of all garbage and

any other material such as chairs, mattresses,

etc.

for

a fee. We pay them $5100 per month for this service.

The site known as Mahomet/Parkhill

CNS

#3 has never

been used to dispose of any trash from the owners of that

property. People traveling that road have apparently dumped

material there since it was an old homestead. The fanrter/

owner will remove whatever is on that property. The site will

be cleared of the trees and will be put in shape to put

crops on it.
