HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On May 24, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the

hearing officer. Before the meeting, complainant faxed a status report to the hearing officer

explaining the expected progression of settlement negotiations over the next 90 days. According

to the certificate of service, the status report was mailed to the Board’s clerk today. The parties

had nothing further to add at the status conference.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing

officer at 10:30 a.m. on August 24, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by

the complainant.
