    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    The parties are advised that this matter has been assigned to the hearing officer identified
    below. From this date forward, any pleading filed with the Clerk of the Board in this matter
    must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
     
    On July 8, 2005, the parties discussed this matter with the hearing officer in conjunction
    with related cases. At that time, petitioner agreed to file an open waiver of the statutory decision
    deadline.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:30 p.m. on July 26, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The statutory decision deadline is currently October 20, 2005.
