    in the
    above entitled cause pursuant to the procedures for contesting this
    Administrative Citation and states:
    1.
    That
    on May
    18,
    2005
    the
    Illinois
    Environmental
    Protection Agency filed an Administrative Citation against James
    Stutsman citing certain violations as set forth in said pleading.
    2.
    That JAMES STUTSMAN in an effort to comply with the
    requirements of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency,
    has:
    A.
    Properly disposed of all lumber on the property;
    B.
    Piled all concrete blocks
    so
    as
    to not hold water
    in
    an effort not
    to create a breeding ground for
    mosquitoes
    until the concrete blocks are used for
    a foundation for
    a building on
    the property.
    If
    Pagelof
    2
    required
    by
    IEPA,
    the
    concrete
    blocks
    will
    be
    stacked;
    C.
    Stacked all bricks on a pallet; and
    D.
    Properly disposed of all litter on said property.
    JAMES STUTSMP~Nstates that he is not in violation of the

    Protection Act,
    and requests
    a review of
    said matter.
