    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On September 16, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant is conducting an economic benefit calculation to address the issue
    of penalty amount. Complainant hopes to send this calculation to respondent within the next few
    weeks.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on November 17, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
