NOW COMES the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (“Illinois EPA”), by
and through its attorney Charles Matoesian, and submits this first correction to the
transcript for the hearing held June 14, 2005 in the Matter of: Amendments to
35 Ill.
Adm. Code 201.146.
The Illinois EPAproposes the following amendment to
the
transcript.
On page 6 ofthe transcript, line
10, the record states “little or no admission increases”
when it should state “little or no
emission increases”.
On page 6 ofthe transcript, line
12, the record states “odis (phonetic)
is on them” when it
should state “onus is on them”.
On page 6 ofthe transcript,
line
17, the record states “rulemaking in the sense” when it
should state “rulemaking in any sense”.
On page
16 of the transcript, line 20, the record states “There are ball bat provisions”
when it should state “There are fallback provisions”.
The Illinois EPA thanks the Illinois Pollution Control Board for this opportunity
