    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On April 5, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have just reached a settlement, and complainant will send the
    proposed agreement to respondent within the next 30 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on May 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
