    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On April 21, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Due to the age of this case, the parties have requested an extended discovery
    schedule. Discovery requests are due by June 24, 2005. Responses to any requests to admit are
    due by July 22, 2005. Written discovery responses are due by September 23, 2005.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on July 14, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
