    NOW COMES Ford Motor Company (“Ford”) by and through its attorneys, Schiff
    Hardin LLP, pursuant to 35 Ill.Adm.Code § 104.410, has caused to be published a Notice of
    Petition by Ford Motor Company for an Adjusted Standard Before the Illinois Pollution Control
    Board (the “Notice”) in the
    Daily Southtown
    on March 4, 2005. The
    Daily Southtown
    is a
    newspaper of general circulation in the area of Ford’s Chicago Assembly Plant, for whom Ford
    has petitioned for an adjusted standard from the Stage II gasoline vapor recovery requirements of
    35 Ill.Adm.Code § 218.586. A Certificate of Publication certifying that the Notice was
