We requested additional
information

to the costs that
interim disinfection would
entail.

the City informs us that
it “has already installed
temporary chlorination facilities
and,
therefore,
variance
proceedings will not be necessary.”
Since the City no longer
requests
a variance,
the
petition
is hereby dismissed
as
moot.
