    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On June 3, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer. Respondent has the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement, but has not signed
    the documents and returned them to his attorney. Respondent’s attorney has not been able to
    reach respondent, and believes he may have been out of town. Respondent’s attorney will
    continue trying to reach respondent.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:00 p.m. on July 6, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by the
    complainant.
