    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 17, 2005, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The petitioner represented that additional information, including groundwater
    monitoring system information, will be forwarded to the respondent within the next seven days
    for their review.
     
    The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
    conference with the hearing officer on May 18, 2005, at 10:45 a.m. The telephonic status
    conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
    own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discus the status of
    the matter and their readiness for hearing.
