    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 17, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Settlement negotiations have reached an impasse. At the next status conference,
    the parties will propose a discovery schedule.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on April 21, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
