    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 26, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent agreed to file the administrative record as soon as possible.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on August 23, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
