    The petition for variance to allow a connection to a
    sewer
    tributary to the North Chicago sewage treatment plant
    is hereby dismissed without prejudice,
    for reasons
    to be
    stated in an opinion August
    22.
    Our entering
    an order before
    the opinion is written
    is necessitated by the statutory
    requirement that we decide variance cases within 90 days after
    their filing.
    An amended petition may be filed.
    Mr.
    Lawton dissents,
    believing
    the petition should be
    granted.
