    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On July 27, 2004, respondent participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant did not appear. According to respondent, complainant is still
    reviewing respondent’s response to the penalty demand.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on September 16, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
    above-captioned matter.
