    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On December 21 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant’s consultant submitted a report to the Illinois Environmental
    Protection Agency (Agency). The parties are now waiting to hear whether the Agency will
    accept closure of the site as proposed, or require additional testing.
       
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on March 29, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant, although each party is responsible for their own appearance. At the status
    conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
