    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 9, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are discussing settlement, and respondent will propose ideas for
    supplemental environmental projects. The deadline for respondent’s answer to the complaint is
    extended until such time as a hearing appears necessary.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 6, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
