    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On June 21, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Complainant requested a two-week extension of time to complete discovery,
    and respondent did not object. Accordingly the request is granted. Discovery requests are now
    due by July 8, 2005. Responses to any requests to admit are due by August 5, 2005. Written
    discovery responses are due by October 7, 2005.
     
    The status conference set for July 14, 2005 has been rescheduled. The parties are now
    directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer at 11:30 a.m. on
    August 4, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
