asked that the Illinois Environmental Agency (Agency) be given until May

2005, to
respond
to prefiled questions.
On May
5,
2005, the Agency filed a response to the motion and agreed to
the extension oftime for filing.
The motion for extension oftime is

indicate their availability for an additional hearing in this proceeding.
Based on the responses
and the Board’s own schedule, the first available date is July 27, 2005.
Therefore, the Board will
hold an additional hearing in this proceeding starting on July 27, 2005.
The hearing will be held
at the Southern Illinois University School ofLaw in Carbondale, Illinois.
The purpose ofthis hearing will be to allow for any additional testimony or follow-up to
the prefiled questions and answers.
The prefiled
questions and answers will be entered into the
record as exhibits.
Any additional testimony by the parties should be prefiled by July
1, 2005.
