    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On November 15, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer that was rescheduled from November 10, 2004. Complainant will send a
    proposed stipulation and settlement agreement to respondents within the next 30 days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 1:45 p.m. on December 20, 2004. The telephone status conference will be initiated by
    the complainant. The parties shall be prepared to discuss the status of this matter.
