    OPINION OF
    THE

    (by Mr. Nissel):
    Patricia Hinse d/b/a Aladdin Flower Shop
    (“Aladdin”) has
    applied for a variance from the sewer connection ban in the North
    Shore Sanitary District.
    She asks for permission to connect a
    new flower shop to the District’s sewer system.
    The request for variance does not have the information needed
    for the Board to make a decision and we therefore request the parties
    to submit the following:
    1,
    Aladdin
    or
    the
    Agency
    should
    advise
    the
    Board
    which of the District~splants would receive the
    effluent
    from
    the
    Aladdin
    Flower
    Shop;
    2.
    the Agency should advise the Board whether the
    sewer line which would receive the effluent is
    overloaded;
    3.
    Aladdin should inform the Board of the present
    status of its plans for constructing a new
    building;
    4.
    Aladdin should inform the Board when the new
    building would be completed and ready for occu-
    pancy;
    5,
    Aladdin should indicate the amount and type of
    wastes it is presently discharging and whether
    the
    wastes
    from
    the
    new
    building
    will
    be
    of
    a
    similar nature and amount;

    Aladdin should indicate whether it
    anticipates
    that its present place of business will be
    torn down or re—occupied when Aladdin moves in-
    to its new building; and
    7.
    the Agency should file its recommendation with
    the Board.
    The parties should respond to the Board’s request within twenty
    (20)
    days of the date of receipt of this or4er~
