(“Aladdin”) has
applied for a variance from the sewer connection ban in the North
Shore Sanitary District.
She asks for permission to connect a
new flower shop to the District’s sewer system.
The request for variance does not have the information needed
for the Board to make a decision and we therefore request the parties
to submit the following:

advise
the
Board
which of the District~splants would receive the
effluent
from
the
Aladdin
Flower
Shop;

the Agency should advise the Board whether the
sewer line which would receive the effluent is
overloaded;
3.
Aladdin should inform the Board of the present
status of its plans for constructing a new
building;
4.
Aladdin should inform the Board when the new
building would be completed and ready for occu-
pancy;
5,
Aladdin should indicate the amount and type of
wastes it is presently discharging and whether
the
wastes
from
the
new
building
will
be
of
a
similar nature and amount;
