IS THE ORDER of the Pollution Control
Board:
1.
Petitioner, RR. Donnelley
E~ Sons Company
is granted
a
variance from Rule 205 of the Air Pollution Control Regulations
from
January
1,
1974 until May 10, 1974 for the operation of its heatset
presses during the replacement and modification of afterburners
associated with its operation pursuant to schedule filed herein
as
R.R.D.
Ex.
11.
This variance is
in contemplation of
a further petition
for variance based upon said schedule indicating completion and com-
pliance by July 30,
1974.
The Company may petition for such further
variance upon a showing of satisfactory progress in pursuance of said
schedule.
2.
Petitioner
is granted variance from the project completion
schedule requirements of Rule 103(b) (6) (e)
of the Air Pollution Control
Regulations, to allow application for installation permits from the
Agency to enable the replacement and modification program set forth
in Paragraph
1 above.
3.
The variance granted herein is conditioned upon the submission
of monthly progress reports beginning
30 days from the date hereof
by Petitioner to the Agency describing the status of construction
and installation of the said afterburners and upon
a showing of satis-
factory progress in said installation;
4.
The Board retains jurisdiction of this matter for such further
and other orders that may be appropriate.
