on

resulting

copper

levels

from

dosages

provided.

In

two letters

from

expert

State

Agencies

have been

recently

received

by the

Board

on the

subject

History

Survey

by

Dr.

George

Bennett,

1972; Illinois

State

Water

Survey

by

Dr.

William

Ackermann,

August

24,

1972) and should

be

examined

by

the

petitioner

to determine

their

possible

applicability

to the

Carbondale

situation.

The

Agency

is

asked

to

furnish

these

letters

to

the petitioner.

Ample time

remains

for

the

Board

to

consider

a new petition

if still

necessary

since

the first

treatment

is

not

expected

until

May 1973.
