    divert its storm
    waters
    and by October

    its process waste waters
    to
    an
    irrigation field until its facilities meet
    the requirements
    of SWB-14.
    2.
    Allied Mills, Inc~ is hereby ordered
    to submit to
    the Environ-
    mental Protection Agency,
    on or before January
    1,
    1972,
    final plans
    and specifications
    for
    the facilities required
    to bring
    its waste
    treatment facilities
    into compliance with Rules
    and Regulations
    SWB—l4 with respect
    to requirements
    for advanced waste treatment
    as
    specified
    in Rule
    flaB,
    paragraph
    11
    (h).
    3.
    By July
    1,
    1972, Allied Mills,
    Inc.~ is to be in full compliance
    with Rules and Regulattons of SWB-14
    establishing a maximum of
    4 mg/I
    BOl) and
    5
    mg,’l suspended
    ~olids.
    4.
    During the period of this variance, Allied Mills,
    Inc.
    shall
    not
    increase
    its
    production
    so
    as
    to
    increase
    the
    concentration
    or
    volume
    of
    its discharge as experienced in the previous year.
    5.
    Allied Mills,
    Inc.
    shall
    pnst
    with
    the
    Environmental
    Protection
    Agency,
    on
    or
    before
    June
    26,
    :L97l,
    a
    bond
    or
    other
    security
    in.
    a
    form
    to be
    determined
    by
    the
    Agency,
    in
    the
    amount
    of
    $25,000,
    such
    sum
    to
    be..
    forfeited
    to
    the
    State
    of
    Illinois
    in
    the
    event
    that
    the
    Company does not comply with
    the provisions of
    this order.
