    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On August 4, 2005, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached a settlement, and petitioner is awaiting payment.
    Petitioner will file an open waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on September 1, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is November 3, 2005.
