    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 4, 2005, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
    conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner was still
    working on a site classification plan and budget.
     
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on February 8, 2005. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
