Pursuant to notice published in Newsletter.#50 dated

July 14,

1972,

Rule 328 of Chapter

1 of the Rules and Regula-

tions of the Illinois Pollution Control Board adopted March

1972 as

is hereby repealed, and in lieu thereof, the

following new Rule 328

is hereby adopted.

Transcript

(a)

The Board shall provide or arrange for a court

reporter who shall record the entire hearing,

which shall be transcribed.

Seven copies of the

transcript shall be filed with the Board within

fifteen days following the close of the hearing.

(b)

Any person may suggest corrections in the trans-

cript,

as filed.

Corrections

shall be determined

by the Hearing Officer.
