    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 30, 2004, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney was unable to appear. The parties are awaiting a ruling
    on respondent’s motion for extension of the stay, as well as any further instructions from the
    Board.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 3, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainants, but each party is responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
    parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter.
