2 morning. My name is Bradley Halloran. I am a
3 hearing officer with the Illinois PCB. And I'm
4 also assigned to this matter.
5 This matter is Stephen Brill versus
6 Latoria, doing business as TL Trucking Food
7 Liner, PCB 2000-219.
8 This matter was noticed up pursuant to
9 Section 101.602. This is a citizen enforcement
10 case, noise, pursuant to Section 103.
11 Some preliminary matters.
12 On September 5th, 2001, that was last
13 Wednesday, it came to light that there was a
14 conflict that there were no rooms available for
15 today's hearing. At present we're in room
16 11-512.
17 And I do want to note for the record
18 that there are no members of the public here.
19 In any event, after consulting with the parties
20 regarding the conflict and no room at the inn,
21 they agreed to continue the matter on record and
22 I may note that the parties are not here, but I
23 have talked with them this morning, September
24 11th. It looks like they will be available on

1 September 26th and September 27th, and that that
2 will be the next hearing in this matter. It
3 would be on September 26th and 27th, if need be,
4 it would be in room 11-512.
5 And if I haven't noted already, today
6 is September 11th, 2001. It's approximately
7 9:35. So with that said, we are going to
8 continue this matter on the record to September
9 26th, and continue as necessary to September
10 27th, starting at 9:00 a.m. in room 11-512 of
11 the James R. Thompson Center and that will
12 conclude this matter for today.
