HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

A telephonic status conference was held on June 10, 2004. The petitioner represented

that it received its latest site-specific comments from the respondent and is presently being

reviewed. The petitioner remains optimistic that it will file the site-specific rulemaking with the

Board which is modeled after R02-20 in the future.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on September 9, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the

petitioner, but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status

conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and

their readiness for hearing.
