HEARING OFFICER ORDER

 

 

On April 7, 2005, the parties informed the hearing officer that the parties will discuss

both internally and with each other the comments by the respondent regarding most recent draft

of the site-specific rulemaking to the respondent for review. The petitioner remains optimistic

that it will file the site-specific rulemaking with the Board that is modeled after R02-20,

Horween Leather Company Site-Specific Air Rule, 35 Ill. Adm. Code 218.112 and 218.929

(Feb. 20, 2003). in the future.

 

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing

officer on June 23, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,

but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the

parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness

for hearing.
