    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 30, 2004, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner needs to file an amended corrective action report and budget. Before
    the next status conference, petitioner’s attorney will find out from its consultant how long it will
    take to file the new information with respondent.
     
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 3, 2004. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline in this case.
