BOARD APPROVES
    AMENDMENT
    IN R72-18
    The Board on June 15, 1973
    in R72-18 modified the proposed
    final draft and then adopted it, thereby amending the Air Pollution
    Control Regulations.
    The proposed final draft published in
    Newsletter
    #65 was modified by adding language which will assure
    that grain handling and conditioning operations need not comply
    with the emission regulations until after the new deadline for ob—
    taining an operating permit.

    operations shall comply with the requirements
    of Rule 203 by May 30,
